At Naara & Co., we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read below to understand how our shipping and delivery process works.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Duration

Delivery time may vary depending on your location:

  • West Malaysia: 2–4 working days

  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 working days

Please note: Delivery delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned on our website and social media for updates!


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
If you do not receive your tracking details, kindly contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance.

📩 Note: If you did not provide an email during checkout, please WhatsApp our admin to get your tracking number.


5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Naara & Co. will not be responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-delivery charges may apply.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. International shipping may be available in the future.
