1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Sale or promotional items.

Change of mind after purchase.
3. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please ensure the item is securely packed. Shipping fees for return items are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for approved return cases.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
